COVERT SURVEILLANCE 2025

We were contacted by a law firm to assist in locating multiple subjects who were collectively subject to ongoing litigation in a multi-million pound case. We were required to locate the named subjects and identify tangible assets that could be of interest to the courts.

To locate the subjects and obtain court ready evidence of residence, properties and assets under the subjects control and evidence association between the named subjects.

Following desk top investigations, lengthy planning and obtaining legal authority multiple surveillance teams were deployed at various locations across the UK to conduct static, mobile and rural surveillance.

Assisted with technical assets to supplement our conventional capability a number of residential and work premises were identified along with high value assets including an aircraft. Deploying over the course of a number of days a comprehensive evidential package was compiled overseen by a team member who has vast experience of presenting evidence in court proceedings.

We were able to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the subjects resided and controlled a number of premises, regularly associated and had ready access to high value assets.

This enabled the client to undertake successful service of legal papers and freeze assets pre-trial. Our evidential package was used as part of proceedings.
